Splash is a free WordPress theme by DynamicWP, based on Light Folio – also a theme by DynamicWP worth some attention. This theme has a two column layout, slightly colorful design with a brickwall and multi color splash background, and a nifty front-page slider.
Splash has also a simple theme options page and from there you can add image URL to change the logo, choose and add up to three images to the front page slider and choose up to three featured categories.
The theme is tested as functional on Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrom, IE 7 and Opera.
