This tool is a brand new web application by Mike Plate to experiment and learn about new CSS3 (currently under development) capabilities. The user interface is based on Dojo’s UI library Dijit, and provides you as a user a pedagogical and easy to use working space.
The specification of CSS3 properties and browser support are from Where can I use, a resource for web developers with compatibility tables for features in HTML5 and CSS3.
If this tool had been available when we made our last really serious roundup of CSS tools (100 Useful & Effective CSS Tools) it would clearly be one of the assets on that listing.
Mike Plate is a web and mobile developer experienced with JavaScript, ASP.NET and MSSQL – on his blog, he describes himself as a “struggling agnostic trying out interesting technologies from the big three – Microsoft, Google, Apple”.
